For over 12 years he managed the development of many software applications that enabled District agencies to streamline the collection and retrieval process of key data. Additionally, Vipin instituted information technology processes and developed applications that allowed District agencies to more effectively administer many of their health service programs. With his in-depth knowledge of local government technology and IT Systems, he established MVS with the mission to improve government IT systems and solutions so that our government can better serve and assist its citizenry.

Mital’s past experience includes working for Facilicom International, Lucent Technologies, and as a consultant to Booz Allen Hamilton working on critical Federal Department of Homeland Security contracts. Mital has supported classified and non-classified government projects. Mital holds his engineering degree from The George Washington University School of Engineering.

Sekhar has been with MVS for over 10 years providing IT services to the District. He is certified in a wide variety of technologies from application development to network administration. Sekhar has lead and managed teams in developing numerous proprietary case management software applications, as well as PC Imaging, deployment, and printer maintenance projects for DMH, FEMS, DOC, OSSE, and CFSA. Sekhar has also worked with DELL on providing multiple datacenter solutions for DOC and OCTO. Sekhar holds his engineering degree from Gulbarga University and Microcomputer Academy in India.
