For the Department of Homeland Security, MVS supports the NCS through the NCS SETA II Contract. MVS provides services to the Network Design and Analysis Capability (NDAC) and the Priority Services and Next Generation Network (NGN) initiatives.
MVS is assisting the Maryland Judicial Information Systems (JIS), Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to improve the delivery of these services by improving the data collection, data management, and data sharing across agencies. Specifically, MVS’s team is assisting JIS upgrade the information systems that support JIS’s marriage licensing, property tax collection, abandoned property, and notary commissioning functions. Furthermore, our team is involved in the ongoing framework projects and development of evolving architectural standards.
For the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, MVS was called upon to manage & maintain 65 Dell Servers for a period of 3 years.
For the District Government, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), MVS provides its consulting services through the Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract. MVS’s team has assisted OCTO’s Application Solutions, Information Security, and Shared Infrastructure departments. Our team has assisted OCTO improve the IT and telecommunications performance across the District; we have developed and implemented major citywide applications; and, our team has supported the establishment of enterprise architecture and website standards.
For the Office of People's Counsel for the District of Columbia, MVS conducted an IT audit to understand the current state of their network and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency of their network.
For the District of Columbia Public Schools, MVS has developed custom educational technology solutions using SMART Technology and has upgraded over 100 DCPS classrooms and provided SMART certified training to over 100 DCPS teachers.
For the District of Columbia’s Public Schools, MVS deployed 750 printers for DC Public Schools for the Accelerated Math Program.
For the development of the District’s new datacenter, MVS provided Servers, Storage, Switches and other hardware to develop to the Office of Chief Technology Officer.
MVS was awarded a five (5) year contract for the management of the entire document imaging fleet for DC Water. |
