MVS has designed and developed the following systems for Federal, State and Local Government clients to assist in Health and Human Services:
Treatment Information Management System (TIMS)
The Treatment Information Management System (TIMS) is designed to collect, manage and track clients demographic, screening, treatment, financial, admissions/discharge data and supports the activities related to a client who is receiving recovery and prevention services in a secured environment while maintaining confidentiality, privacy and safety of the client and their family members.
Case Information Management System (CIMS)
The Case Information Management System (CIMS) is designed to collect, manage and track clients data, case data, and supports the activities related to a client who is receiving health, human, educational and/or residential/daycare services in a secured environment while maintaining confidentiality, privacy and safety of the client and their family members.
Health Information Reporting System (HIRS)
The Health Information Reporting System (HIRS) is a Relational Database System that conforms to CDC guidelines. HIRS has the capability to use Name Based and/or Unique identifier case reporting method. It has surveillance reporting and prevention capabilities for HIV/AIDS/STD/TB cases into a single database system.
Health Information Portability and Protection System (HIPPS)
The Health Information Portability and Protection System (HIPPS) has the capability to: generate Unique Identifier (UI) code based on pre-determined algorithm; Integrate name based and non-name based systems and vice-versa; integrate multiple applications (health/social programs) using unique identifier code; and establish a central registry for a client, case, programs and services. HIPPS has extensive data security and Backup/Restore capability. It is highly scalable and flexible to accommodate the end users? requirements through modular design and has a user-friendly interface
Case Record (Folders) and Information Management System (CRIMS):
CRIMS is a web-based system developed by MVS to support agencies like Child Support Enforcement divisions to manage and track any item including, case file folders as well as related digital documents/images stored on the file server throughout the life cycle of the items. It is a web-based, client/case records (folder) and information management Software. Intelligent Search capability, Maintains history of location of file folders, Seamless integration with barcode and image scanning hardware and software
